Thai Ground Beef
I found myself with a pound of ground beef, green beans, red bell peppers, and absolutely no fresh ideas on what to cook. I immediately turned to my resourceful friends, and within a few minutes, I had a link to this recipe for Thai Beef with Basil.

I added my red bells in, some extra sauces for flavor, and fresh basil.
Sprinkled with toasted cashew nuts and more basil, this was an easy dinner served with brown rice. I added the following ingredients in addition to what the recipe recommends, and used 1 tsp corn starch to thicken. Add to pan: 1 cup beef broth (with 1 tsp corn starch), 1 tsp sambal oelek, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tsp coconut aminos.
